Recruitment Shop Manager

The main task of a luxury boutique manager is to manage a sales area selling so-called "luxury" products. The luxury boutique manager must manage a team of salespeople who work under him/her and must implement the decisions taken for the boutique. 

In this profession, like many of the fashion and luxury professions that are recruiting, the boutique manager must be very careful. They sell top-of-the-range products aimed at a wealthy clientele with high purchasing power, often international. The luxury boutique manager must also be available and attentive to his customers, as their buying behaviour is different. They require individualised and special availability and attention. A policy and specific actions must be favoured to make these wealthy customers feel at ease. It is therefore essential to master a foreign language.

Main tasks: 

  • Achieving business objectives. 
  • Managing, coaching and training your sales team. 
  • Ensuring that the point of sale is well maintained. 
  • Ensure excellent customer service in line with the brand image. 
  • Welcoming and advising customers on perfume, make-up and skincare. 

Know-How : 

  • You have at least 3 years of managerial experience and you know how to manage and support a team of 5 to 10 people in the field on a daily basis. 
  • You are familiar with performance indicators and management tools and are able to draw up relevant reports. 
  • You have real expertise in the areas of perfume, make-up and skincare. 
  • Fluency in English and the Office package is essential.

  • You have an impeccable presentation and know how to gain the trust of your customers and build loyalty.
