RECRUITMENT MAKE-UP ARTIST

The make-up artist works in retail outlets but also for events such as shootings, fashion shows and for the theatre and cinema.

In addition to mastering the tools, he must be aware of innovative trends and techniques.

Thanks to his talent and expertise, the make-up artist must be driven by the desire to sublimate his client and to pass on his know-how.

Main tasks: 

  • As a true sales reinforcement, participate in the preparation and execution of the sales activities of the point of sale. 
  • To give the customer personalised advice and to propose tailor-made make-up applications. 
  • To be the guarantor of the brand's image and to participate in the development of its turnover, in the optimisation and monitoring of sales indicators. 
  • Participate in brand events (press, internal, etc.) on an ad hoc basis. 

Know-How : 

  • You have a diploma in make-up or at least 5 years experience in make-up. 
  • You have an exceptional customer service and results orientation, and are familiar with the various performance indicators. 
  • You are familiar with the different environments specific to the world of make-up and their specificities and challenges: boutiques, selective perfumery, department stores, etc. 
  • Fluency in English is a real asset. 

Knowing how to be : 

  • You are naturally curious and have an excellent knowledge of make-up news. 
  • You are passionate about customer contact, have a real commercial sense and like to work in a team. 
  • You are creative, innovative and have a significant appetite for the world of fashion and art.
