Whether you need to hire on a fixed-term or open-ended contract, or simply a temp to bolster your team, each candidate is offered a telephone or video-conference pre-interview before a face-to-face interview. We set up different tests (languages, personality, etc.) which we carry out in our offices at dedicated workstations. We then analyse and discuss the results with the candidates, for an objective assessment of their skills. These same tests are included in the interview report and are added to the candidate file that we send you.
Candidate follow-up: each consultant maintains close contact with both the candidate and yourself. A number of touch points are put in place so that your new recruits enjoy a seamless on-boarding process.
