For our client, a well-known brand specializing in the world of new technologies / High Tech, we are looking for an Expert Salesperson on a permanent contract.
As an ambassador for the Brand and its values, your missions will be :
- Welcoming the customer in accordance with the company's standards
- Accompany the customer in his research, identify his needs
- Ensure the presentation and promotion of products and advise him/her on the best products according to his/her needs
- Ensure telephone prospecting, from the store: contact former customers to introduce them to our new products
- Beyond the sales act, you offer an exceptional customer experience
- Combine technical knowledge, product sales and additional sales for optimal customer satisfaction
Profile sought
- Significant experience in sales / business
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service
- Passionate about sales and strong product awareness
- Starting position as soon as possible
