Your tasks:
- You offer an exceptional experience by meeting the needs of local and international customers.
- You will recruit, develop and retain new customers by exploiting all Clienteling tools.
- You actively participate in the omnichannel strategy implemented.
- You guarantee ongoing operational excellence.
- You analyze sales indicators in a synthetic and relevant way, and implement appropriate action plans.
- You are responsible for maintaining your sales outlet and stock. You are responsible for incoming and outgoing products.
- You ensure that internal procedures are applied and respected.
Profile sought
- Proven experience in retail management in a luxury/premium environment.
- Passionate about fashion and luxury with an appetite for special know-how.
- Determined to lead his/her team by acting as a role model.
- Passion for the customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize as needed.
- Demanding, rigorous and diligent.
- Knowledge of digital 2.0.
- Fluent English.
