Concept Recrutement We are recruiting a Store Manager M/F for our strategic POS in La Vallée Village for one of our clients, a trendy American house.

You will recruit and develop the loyalty of local and international customers.
You ensure sales development by monitoring and analyzing sales indicators.
You actively participate in the omnichannel strategy implemented.
You propose and deploy appropriate action plans in agreement with the Retail, Visual Merchandising & Store Operations departments.
You optimize stock rotation and conformity, and fine-tune your assortment in direct liaison with the Purchasing Office.
You train, mobilize and develop the talents of each member of your team (3 employees).
You coordinate Front and Back of House activities to ensure ongoing operational excellence.
You develop the corporate culture both internally and externally.
You ensure that internal procedures are respected and followed.

Profile sought

Proven experience in Premium Universe Boutique management.
Determined to guide his or her team by acting as a role model.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen and persuade.
Rigor and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks according to needs.
Product and fashion awareness (PAP-Accessories-Maroquinerie).
Knowledge of digital 2.0.
Fluent English.
