Concept Recrutement is recruiting for one of its clients, a French luxury house, an Assistant Manager for its point of sale in Brussels
Ambassador of the Brand and its values :
- You coach, develop and train team members,
- Monitor performance, implement action plans to achieve individual and collective results,
- Manage inventory and merchandise movements,
- Be the guarantor of the respect of the visual merchandising standards,
- Be an ambassador of the brand to the sales team,
- Demonstrate leadership.
Profile sought
- Successful experience in a similar position (in management, training and team coaching),
- Passion for fashion, sales and performance,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business, - Willingness to learn and grow, constantly
Position to be filled on a permanent basis as soon as possible.
