Recruitment Stock Manager

The stock manager 's objective is to ensure the organisation of the stocks of a sales outlet with missions of management and optimisation of these stocks in relation to the storage spaces. He is the link between the sales area and the storage areas as well as between the shops and the warehouses, his role is to ensure coordination in compliance with the deadlines and objectives set.

Another important role is to pass on information to the supply departments. The stock manager must always monitor forecasts and sales to avoid stock depletion. He/she is also a team leader depending on the volume of activity.

Know-how

  • Manage the movement of goods in and out of the shop (deliveries, transfers between shops, preparation of required documents).
  • Ensuring the application and compliance of internal procedures.
  • Ensure the management and follow-up of inventories (rotating, monthly, fiscal).
  • Train, mobilise and develop the talents of each member of its team.
  • Coordinate the Back of House activity to ensure operational excellence with the Front of House.
