As ambassadors for the House they represent, luxury sales advisors are experts in customer service. Their mission is to offer exceptional products but also a House culture, a history, inspirations and to master storytelling.

The accompaniment of the customer is often complete, from the arrival in the shop to the fitting rooms and of course the checkout. He/she is also required to take care of VIP customers, which requires coolness, control, absolute discretion and the most effective general knowledge. He/she will provide an unforgettable customer experience and will keep his/her customer book up to date in order to offer his/her customers the latest novelties and exclusivities.

He is of course multilingual, trained in ethno-shopping in order to adapt to an international client who is often in the majority.

Its presentation is perfect, in line with the particular criteria of the House concerned.
