Recruitment Human Resources Officer

The Human Resources Officer carries out tasks related to the day-to-day management of personnel: from recruitment to integration, including the design of employment contracts, payroll, organisation of meetings, creation of social dashboards.

He can suggest management tools for the group. He/she is the main contact for these colleagues. The human resources manager must have many qualities. He/she must master computer tools and the legal aspects of these issues. They must be able to work independently. The ability to know how to behave takes on its full meaning. The ideal profile must show empathy and pedagogy while having a great sense of listening and observation.

Main tasks:

  • management and administrative follow-up of personnel
  • payroll management
  • implementation of the company's HR strategy, particularly in terms of recruitment
  • assisting the human resources department in its relations with the social partners
  • ensuring compliance with legal obligations in its field of activity.

Know-how :

  • excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen;

  • a thorough knowledge of labour legislation;
  • knowledge of psychology;
  • mastery of office automation software and software specific to human resources.

Salary expectations : between 30K€ and 38K€ depending on the level of experience expected in the position
